Happy St. Patrick's Day 2009!
I was asked to help out at our RS Birthday Dinner on St. Patty's Day evening.... so I came home from work and threw together a lovely GREEN meal for the family!

Heather says it looks like I left the lid up on the BBQ and a bird flew over...you get the visual...

with onions & yellow peppers...mmmmmm good!

Broccoli (that was easy)
and for dessert....Green Pudding...it was lemon flavored and I topped it with whipping cream and green sprinkles, but I forgot to take a picture!
Here's the finished plate. I had to run out the door, so John put the dinner on a plate and took a picture for me to post.
Here's my little Leprechaun and his GREAT find from the local Deseret Industries! Only John can "pull" this off!
